SO TIRED

I was going to do a big update, complete with serious and in depth criticism (rambling, whatever) of The Phantom of the Opera last night... but I fell asleep for a nap at 6pm and didn't get up again until it was time for work at 7am.

So, anyway, my dad bought the movie Phantom soundtrack on Amazon and it arrived today. It's the full version, complete with all the songs and all the talking. And yesterday he said "ooh, I wish someone would make a film about what happened to the Phantom and everyone afterwards." So I asked him what he thought. He thinks the Phantom married the blond girl who used to be in Brookside- I think her name is Meg or something. And I asked him why he thought that and he mentioned the music box and the fact she goes through the mirror at the end.

"Congratulations Dad, you've just written your first fanfic."

Cue much laughter from me and the direction to post something to fanfiction.net

"But I can't write."

"That doesn't stop a lot of people."

I personally don't think he did marry Meg. I think he lived alone for the rest of his days. Answers on a comment to the usual address.
