apollaGot back from Dublin a couple of hours ago. Everything I said on my last post was essentially bollocks. Had fucking awesome time in one of the greatest places, I'm convinced, in the world. Highlights included, for me, seeing a bunch of middle-aged Derry women singing along to the trad. Irish stuff, Michael Collins' uniform, the Guinness Storehouse and my mam buying me a veritable library of Thin Lizzy CDs. Also seem to have lost the ability to pronounce the letter 'h' after only three days with Dubliners. Will post more when I don't feel like my head's going to fall off.
