I thought I'd put you out of your misery about those song lyrics. Because I'm sure that in your busy lives it's really been tearing you apart.

1. As The World Falls Down - David Bowie.
And I thought this was too easy. Perhaps the Labyrinth fans amongst us chose not to take part ;)

2. Baby, Please Don't Go - Aerosmith
I downloaded this cos I saw it on the tracklisting for Honkin' On Bobo and I loved the Van Morrison version.

3. Red Roses For A Blue Lady - Dean Martin
OK, so I admit this was maybe a little obscure.

4. Desafinado (Slightly Out of Tune) - Julie London
There's only one Julie London.

5. I'll Be Your Baby Tonight - Bob Dylan
I've also heard an (only ok) version of this by Norah. One I day, I shall cover this song myself.

6. Light My Fire - Julie London
*falls down laughing* I knew nobody was going to get this. It's a very sultry version. Kinda... if the Doors' version is Los Angeles, Julie's is New Orleans or something.

7. Boogie Woogie Bugle Boy - The Andrews Sisters

8. Angel From The Coast - Thin Lizzy
You mean you guys didn't know an obscure album track from a band known only in the USA for The Boys Are Back in Town? Shocking.

9. Lili Marlene (English version) - Marlene Dietrich.
What do you mean I listen to random obscure crap from a thousand years ago? Of course I do!

10. Walking My Baby Back Home - Dean Martin.
Kudos to Joyce, man!

11. Besame Mucho - Dean Martin
It's testament to the amount of my beloved Dino on this playlist that there were back-to-back tracks of his. The Beatles also did this song for their ill-advised set at their Decca audition.

12. Thunderball - Tom Jones
I was dismayed when watching Thunderball to realise that there is a Tom Jones song in existence that I actually like. I personally don't think he sounds that much 'Tom Jones' so perhaps that's it.

13. California Dreamin - The Mamas And the Papas
Yes, Cadey was right, although it could've been me ;) Actually, it couldn't. I'm an arrogant bint, but not so arrogant as to have my own piss-poor demos on my playlist!

14. Without Your Love - Roger Daltrey
You mean you HAVEN'T heard the Who lead singer's solo work?

15. Danny Boy - Harry Connick, Jr.
I'm surprised nobody knew it was Danny Boy, actually. Ya'll need to get out more on March 17. This is the Come By Me version, not the swing version in Memphis Belle, btw.

16. Mr Blue Sky - ELO
I am telling you now, the only reason I have this is because it was an intro on Never Mind The Buzzcocks and I had to hear the whole thing... OK, so I quite like it. Sue me.

17. Who Are You - The Who
Shoutout to Joyce for this, and to Lynsie, who only knows it from CSI!

18. Ain't That A Kick In The Head - Dean Martin
Ultimately, this is my most favourite song by Dean, so you can imagine how genuinely heartbroken and full of rage I was when Robbie *spits* Williams 'covered' it on his travesty Swing When You're Winning.

19. Travelling Riverside Blues - Eric Clapton
OK, so the actual track that came up on shuffle was the Eric version from his new album Me and Mr Johnson but as I have the Zep version on my playlist as well (and like it a whole lot more) I think it could've gone either way.

20. Feast of Friends - Jim Morrison and the Doors
It's off An American Prayer, which is credited as above rather than just the Doors. Spoken word poetry from Jim, later music by Robby-Ray-John and a line about ravenclaws. You can't make this shit up, man!

Now, did you think that was too hard? Would you like me to try again?
