I AM UTTERLY DISGUSTED

I cannot begin to tell you how much this utterly, utterly sickens and disgusts me.

WHEN are people going to realise that 'real' does NOT always mean 'biological'? WHEN are they going to realise that blood is often the LEAST important part of what makes you who you are?

Fools, madmen and total bastards.

Believe me, apolla, (sorry, don't know your RL name), as the mother of three children myself, I totally understand what your saying, and agree with you that indeed, a four yr old child DOES know who his "parents" are. In fact, it's pretty self evident when you try to hold an older baby, let's say 4-5 months and older, that it KNOWS it's parents. I don't believe this child should have been taken away from the people who raised him either.

I was just trying to point out what a "FAIR" legal system we have (yes, I'm being very sarcastic here). I mean, I suppose, this biological father started proceedings in a timely manner, but you would think that if they would decide to give him custody, that it would be done when the child was younger.

Unfortunately, this is not the first case where a child has been taken away from the people who raised him, to be 'given back' to it's biological parents, and I'm afraid it's not going to be the last.

The only person who is suffering the most in all this, and has absolutely NO control is that poor boy. It's such a shame.

Oh, I absolutely agree. The system has done this to this boy.
