Feeling a bit better now.

So, when they got back from their pub quiz, my mum and dad cracked out a box of baklava that they didn't tell me they bought earlier.

Tried to write some more, but was still a bit pissed off, frankly and it didn't go well.

Am off up to Newcastle tomorrow morning, where I'm staying with rose_rain which should be uber-cool!

Have actually the bulk of the articles written, and about 900 words of 2,000-2,500 of the critical evaluation.

Am trying to watch The Notebook on the computer but it's turning out to be hard-going. Partly because of the vacuity of the two young leads, the idiocy of some of the writing and mostly because I can't bear to watch this utter shit without thinking of my own beautiful lady. Therefore, I can't stand to watch this melodramatic pile of wank even if it does reduce me to a silly, tearful little girl.
