Life On The Box: Norman Stanley Fletcher never fails to raise a tear from this stone-cold bint. I'm not sure if it's knowing that Ingrid and Lenny lived happily ever after or that Fletch ends up happily decriminalised in a pub of his own with his youthful sweetheart Gloria. Perhaps it's just that I love Porridge so much. Dunno.
