Cruz is Spanish for cross. Why do I get the feeling that David named his son after his favourite jewellery?

In other news: FINALLY saw Where Eagles Dare in its glorious entirety today on DVD. Good film. Richard Burton fabulous and brilliant, Clint Eastwood OK- I frankly do not buy the machine-gun-in-each-hand routine- he'd be through the wall, surely? I buy him managing a Magnum without problem, but not two machine guns.
