Gahness.

Have just been informed that our entire house has to be rewired.

Therefore I will spend my entire Easter holidays packing up every single thing I own (bearing in mind I'm the girl with a trillion videos/DVDs and a similar number of books and CDs).

Then I will come back to Sunderland and be terrified that my beloved home will burn down. I mean, you always hear about fires that are caused by rewiring. A chunk of my secondary school was nearly destroyed by faulty rewiring, man!

Anyway, 'tis St. Patrick's Day today (or it was an hour ago) and I characteristically did nothing for it. I felt totally shite all day anyway, but I seem to have cultivated a tradition of doing nothing for it, which is surely a dictionary definition of ironic. That said, I think it's pretty cool that everyone celebrates it, that it's not just for the Irish anymore, although I could easily live without a trillion drunken renditions of Danny Boy for the rest of my life.

For anyone who gives the remotest shite about HPDDD, it's also Deirdre Richards' birthday today ;) :D

Is my mama's birthday tomorrow (Thursday). I'd better remember to call home or I'll be dead.

Well, good night.
